For the little moments we Wish we Could keep forever.

Why, Why, Why?

Life with a little one is filled with endless “whys.”
So we thought we’d tell the Little Pink Elephant story the same way.

Why Pink?

That one is easy.

Pink is my three-year-old daughter’s favorite color.

Whatever the choice, her answer is almost always, “Pink!”

Somewhere along the way, pink stopped being just a color.

Now, whenever I see it, I think of her.

Why an Elephant?

Elephants are strong, but gentle.

Kind and loving, yet brave.

That’s a little piece of what I hope for my daughter as she grows — to love all the pretty things she wants, while knowing exactly who she is.

So, I tucked that little wish into an elephant.

But why did you start making things?

My daughter became fascinated by everything that belonged to Mom — my bags, my shoes, my dresses, anything sparkly.

Things that felt ordinary to me looked wonderful through her eyes.

And I thought:

Not miniature versions of grown-up things.

Things that feel beautiful through a child’s eyes.

“Instead of borrowing mine, I’ll make something that’s all yours.”

A little bag that fits perfectly in her hands.
Something sparkly she can wear as much as she wants.
Little things she can choose for herself, simply because they make her happy.

I didn’t want to make miniature versions of grown-up things.

I wanted to make the things that feel beautiful through a child’s eyes.

So, why Little Pink Elephant?

Little is for our little ones.
Pink is what my daughter loves most right now.
Elephant carries a little wish from Mom.

Together:

Little Pink Elephant.

For that sweet little space between wanting to be just like Mom and beginning to discover,

“This is what I love.”

she may outgrow the shoes, the bows, and even the pink. But i hope i never forget the little girl who loved them all.
